The company has been incorporated in the year 1981 with the name and style M/s Gupta Wire Product, as a proprietorship firm. On 10th April 2008 the company has been open a new company under the name of M/s A. S. Engineers, On 1st September 2010 a new company has been open under the name of M/s Airen Power, under the joint venture of Mr. Kunal Gupta, Mr. Jagdish Gupta & Mr. Vishal Gupta with demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and emerges as a focused corporate house, leveraging its knowledge, leadership and operations to create and deliver lasting value for its stakeholders and investors.
